The kind of customer service I like

Kudos to Telestream, authors of ScreenFlow. This is the kind of customer service I admire.


When all too often I hear nothing about bug reports, here's someone just letting me know my request hasn't been forgotten.

Meh. "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line and your call will be answered in the order in which it was received..."

Really? I see it as the opposite of that. I get the sense that the issue isn't being ignored.

It's possible I chose a bad example, but their customer service has been personal and responsive.
